How does the process of execution take place?


Getting Started

The first step in the construction process is to contact us. The customer will contact us by phone, email or even in person in our showroom as it is comfortable for him or her.

We will then assess the needs within a free consultation, either by phone or in person. Knowing the customer's ideas and needs, our staff will prepare the quotation for the window film installation, which will be handed over or sent to the customer.

Survey, designing

In case the customer accepts the quotation, an on-site survey and technical advice will be provided in consultation with the customer on the most aesthetic way to hide the cables after the window film has been installed. In the case of new investments, it is much easier to hide the cables, but in this case we also provide thorough information to the customer.

It is very important for us that all our customers have the necessary information regarding window foiling and to be able to make a confident and thoughtful decision. Thanks to free advice, customers learn to use the foil for their intended purpose and make the most of it. Of course, our colleagues are happy to answer any questions arising in respect of window foiling. As a result, the customer will have no doubts and will know for sure that the right decision has been made in respect of installing the window film. 

Sometimes a client wants something that we know exactly isn't going to be good. For some reason the idea is not workable, putting up the window film would be a problem.  In such a case, we draw his attention to this and help him with ideas in order to find a truly working, compromise solution that is not only feasible, but also gets his satisfaction.

If necessary, we will amend the quotation, and if it is accepted, we will send a guide so that the electrician can get to work.

Layering the window film

If the installation of the window film order is confirmed, the installation and commissioning of the film can begin after settlement of the advance payment. At the end of the work, the customer receives the final invoice and the guarantee for the foil and can then enjoy the benefits provided by window foiling.

After commissioning

In order to ensure that the film lasts longer and remains aesthetically pleasing, our colleagues provide the customer with a detailed cleaning and maintenance guide. 

In case of problems, call our colleagues at the contact information indicated or received, who will replace the foil if necessary if it is damaged or soaked to such an extent that it can no longer be repaired. This could take place within a week.
